Pass Plus

Pass Plus is a voluntary scheme that you choose to do after passing your driving test. It is recommended that all new drivers take the Pass Plus course. Pass Plus was developed so that you can gain:
  • Quality driving experience safety
  • Become a more skilful driver
  • Develop a positive driving style
  • Reduce the risk of being involved in an accident
There are 6 modules in order to complete the Pass Plus course, these include:
  • Town driving
  • All-Weather driving
  • Out of town and rural roads
  • Night Driving
  • Dual carriageways
  • Motorway driving
The scheme also helps promote overall more positive driving, and includes:
  • Responsibility
  • Care and Consideration
  • Concentration
  • Anticipation
  • Patience
  • Confidence
  • Observation
You will receive either (A) Achieved or (E) Exceeded for each module. Once the course is completed you will receive a certificate and, with some insurance companies, a discount off your premium.
